clean room power port wonderful staff excellent offering

The room was very clean and well maintained. convenient power ports were available. i had a comfy night's sleep. the lounge staff was wonderful. They remembered everything about their guests. the evening lounge offered beyond expectations, similar to a ritz carlton club.

The gym is old and the treadmills were making excessive noise. The tv in the gym also did not connect.

The staff provided early check in. It was a huge benefit since my stay was just for one night. i was able to go sightseeing right away! i very much appreciated this quick and efficient check in.

the breakfast had a wide variety of options to choose, from omelettes to pastries. the option to order omelettes was also available. i found this breakfast selection catered to all tastes. there was a good dinner menu available too.

The staff offered a cute and friendly service from the moment my cab arrived.

The air conditioning was really loud. It made it difficult to sleep comfortably. The breakfast food quality seemed below average for a 5-star hotel too. I expected more from the overall experience.
